You have the right to receive information about your diagnosis, treatment options, potential risks and benefits, and alternatives in a clear and understandable manner. You must voluntarily consent before any treatment or procedure is administered.

You have the right to access, review, and request corrections to your medical records maintained by Prescribey LLC, as permitted by law.
