Consent to Telehealth Services

By proceeding with our services, you understand and agree that:

  1. Telehealth Definition: You are receiving medical services via telehealth, meaning care will be provided using electronic communications, including but not limited to audio, video, or digital messaging.
  2. Scope of Services: Prescribey LLC connects you with licensed healthcare providers for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or prescription of medications when appropriate, based on the information you provide.
  3. No Emergency Care: Telehealth services through Prescribey are not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  4. Limitations: While telehealth provides access to care, it may not always replace a traditional in-person evaluation, and some conditions may require follow-up in a clinical setting.

By using our services, you confirm the following:

  • You are at least 18 years old and are requesting care on your own behalf.
  • You have reviewed and understand the risks and limitations of receiving healthcare through telehealth.
  • You will provide complete and accurate health information to assist in the evaluation and treatment process.

Prescribey LLC complies with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Your health data is protected and used only for purposes of treatment, care coordination, and service administration.

By signing electronically or proceeding with our service, you voluntarily consent to receive care via telehealth from providers working with or through Prescribey LLC.

You acknowledge that all your questions about this consent have been answered to your satisfaction and that you may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the services.

Please note: Completing an online assessment on Prescribey.com does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Prescribey works with a network of U.S.-licensed providers through OpenLoop Health, who follow strict medical protocols to ensure patient safety. These providers utilize clinical exclusion criteria to determine eligibility for GLP-1 therapy. Your responses to the Prescribey health assessment will be reviewed by a licensed clinician after checkout to assess medical suitability. All prescription decisions are made solely at the discretion of the licensed provider.

Claims and outcomes featured on Prescribey.com are based on self-reported results from individuals using compounded GLP-1 medications under medical supervision. Weight loss results were reported via patient intake forms and follow-up check-ins every 3–4 weeks. Results will vary based on individual adherence to the prescribed protocol, diet, exercise, and provider recommendations.

- Important Notes on Compounded Medications:
Prescribey partners with certified U.S. compounding pharmacies that operate in FDA-registered and highly regulated facilities. However, compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved, and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to prescribe compounded medications is based on the provider’s medical judgment following a telehealth consultation and evaluation of your medical history.

We encourage all patients to consult with a licensed healthcare provider about the risks and benefits of compounded medication. Medications may vary in appearance from those shown on the website. Prescribey does not manufacture medications.

- Pharmacy Partnerships:
Prescribey works with multiple certified U.S. pharmacy partners to ensure quality, reliability, and timely service. Our team maintains regular communication with partner pharmacies to monitor product availability, testing protocols, and shipping timelines.

- Results & FDA-Approved Treatments:
Weight loss results vary. Patients in our program who followed a reduced-calorie diet and daily exercise routine reported weight loss of 1–2 pounds per week after 4 weeks. Not all patients will experience the same results. Inches lost (waist, hips, arms, chest, thighs) are based on individual metrics and adherence to the program. Medication prescriptions are not guaranteed and are subject to clinical evaluation and provider discretion.

Wegovy® is FDA-approved for weight management in certain patients. Ozempic® is FDA-approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and may be prescribed off-label for weight loss.
